There’s no way to know that at this point. I don’t think Holder will be back if Obama is re-elected, so it probably wouldn’t be Fast and Furious (which is something Holder actually deserves to be ripped for, by the way). He could be impeached over something that isn’t known yet or hasn’t happened yet. It wouldn’t be their first choice - they’d rather slow down his agenda and he’ll need to be better at connecting to the public than he was in his first few years. But I think impeachment would be an option that remains on the table. ---

Obama aka Zero, Gingrich, Santorum, Romney. Makes no difference! Socialism under the Obama regime or Good Ole’ Boy politics with the others. Nothing will change untill the American people stand up and force change! The Constitution calles for Citizen Statesmen. One or two terms MAX and go back to work! Commen sense politics, no crap from middle east Barbarians or anyone else! Open up the Keystone pipeline, tap the Bakken reserve in our own country, tell the Rockefellers to SHUTUP! This country is either headed for 3rd world status or armed revolution! Unbelieveable that a nation of 300 million takes this crap from an elite group of less than 600. WAKE UP!!! ---

Well the Office of Grand Inquisitor, I mean Independent Counsel, no longer exists as such, so that may make the process of ginning up scandals a little more difficult. ---

Obama’s father’s citizen status in another country gives Obama dual citizenship, which means he’s not a NBC. If his father was a citizen of a jus sanguinis nation, dual citizen and not a NBC, but if his father was a citizen of a strictly jus soli nation, not a dual citizen and a NBC. So, some of the same gibbering idiots who screech loudly at the thought that SCotUS justices _might_ look to the way other nations have dealt with issues before them are perfectly comfortable with the citizenship laws of other nations determining who is or isn’t eligible to be PotUS. :rolleyes: CMC fnord! ---
