# Obama's fundraising rivals Clinton's

The thing that impresses me is that he’s just 1 million shy of Clinton’s “expectation exceeding numbers” by (1) getting less money per contribution **but** from twice as many people and (2) refusing money from lobbyists.

I know it’s way early and anything can happen, but I don’t think we can just disregard this guy.
