Has anyone ever heard of a movie called “American Cake”? I found the reference in an online comic called “El Goonish Shive”, and I’m wondering if it was made up for the comic. There’s no mention of it on [imdb.com](http://imdb.com). Any ideas?

Without seeing the comic, I’m guessing the film title is a takeoff of [_American Pie_.](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Pie_%28film%29)
