No, he knows the facts. Allow me to translate – I speak moron. Conservatives are under attack! Conservative speech, that is. From Twitter bans to… YouTube bans, to… well that’s pretty much it really, conservatives are getting “cancelled” left and right by “wokeism.” “Freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom from consequences,” liberals will say. And now here’s Salmon Rushdie [sic], a champion of free speech adored by conservatives, who’s met face first (too soon?) with the consequences liberals “love to threaten” conservatives with. Are we happy now? ARE WE? And we can’t even blame Trump like we love to do. Checkmate, libtards. It’s a silly argument because at no point do liberals consider getting stabbed in the face a valid, or even expected, consequence of speech. I think Octopus’s logic system works like this: 1. Nothing’s changed since the 60’s, when liberals equated with Communism, and they were responsible for all the riots and subversion in the US. 2. Whenever some new anti-establishment movement occurs such as BLM and there’s rioting, it’s because of 1). 3. Whenever there’s any violence across the globe, it’s because of 1). 4. If conservatives are actually responsible for the violence, we have to ignore it, because we can’t be one-sided in our discussions and devolve into a dreaded hive mind. ---
