Corect, Sonoma, being a truck, would qualify it as an odd man out. There are several more.

Only Daniel Webster is better remembered as a fictionalized version of himself from the story “The Devil and Daniel Webster” by Stephen Vincent Benét.

Both excellent answers. **bibliophage** ’s was the one I originally intended, though I did notice **Mr Zox** ’s also … _after_ I posted.

I know this wasn’t the intended answer, but aluminum is the only one that doesn’t have multiple [allotropic forms](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allotropy).

I don’t think Alyson Reed played her on Broadway, although she did play her on stage. It does have to do with playing Sally Bowles, but the distinction I had in mind was something else. Hint: think longevity.

Here are my answers to this one since it’s been dormant for 24 hours:

Cadillac El Dorado
Chevy Malibu
Chrysler Imperial
GMC Sonoma
Mercury Monterey
Sunbeam Alpine
Malibu is the only model name that is not a Californina county name.

El Dorado is the only one mis-spelled. It should be Eldorado, the spelling I gave conforms with California county names.

Sunbeam is the only one not made by a US auto manufacturer.
Franklin
Johnson
Washington
Lincoln
Adams
Harrison
Monroe
Grant
Jefferson
Madison
Jackson

The answer is NOT that Franklin wasn’t a president, and that’s also your hint.

I’ll guess they are al counties in some state, maybe Georgia or North Carolina, except Harrison. The correct answer must have to do with the names, not the men, since there were two presidents names Harrison, and which one is not specified in the question

You are on the right track, but it’s not either one of those states, and the answer isn’t Harrison. And that’s another clue.

They’re all counties in Indiana except Lincoln.

They’re all counties in Kentucky except Adams.

It was Indiana I was thinking of. Washington-Monroe were the past and presidents, presidents, plus the president-elect, when Indiana became a state, and those counties were actually named for them. Harrison was named for the family that was one of the settlers of Indiana, of which WH was already a member, and which would produce Benjamin Harrison. The rest are just relatively common names and are coincidental, except Franklin-- that one may have been named for Benjamin Franklin, I’m not sure. There’s a Hamilton, a Hancock, and a Henry county, so I’m guessing yes.

But Grant, Jackson and Johnson got their names other ways.

Charles I of England
Constantine the Great
Frederick the Great
Nicholas II of Russia
Olaf II of Norway
Stephen I of Hungary

Everyone but Olaf either had their body tampered with in some way before burial, or after by being moved around to new gravesites (sometimes several) after original burial.
