# Odd problem on mobile

OK I was trying to sign in on aTablet and it would go to the you’ve signed in screen and then log me out saying I had my screen name and password wrong… and sometimes I don’t even get past the sign in screen …

What type of tablet, what OS (and version), and what browser?

Do you have anything installed that prevents cookies from being set?

Samsung Galaxy Note and what ever the latest chrome is …it just happens occasionally until I posted the problem. …
