Brushing teeth. I cannot stand to be in the vicinity of, or watch a video or movie or anything that shows someone brushing their teeth. Icky, foamy, squishy mouth shots will make me sick every time. Also, I need total privacy to brush my own teeth for the same reason. i can’t even look in a mirror when I brush my own teeth.

Anything that looks like it’s bigger than it should appear in nature. Movies with giant insects make me run from the room screaming. I once saw a bunch of goldfish in a pond where they were free to grow to several inches and got the worst chills all up and down my spine.
In a college Zoology class, we dissected Amazonian Crickets or some such thing that were at least 7-8 inches long (in my memory anyway). That’s WAY bigger than bugs should be and I was a mess the rest of the week.
But it doesn’t have to be animal to do that, even inanimate objects do that for me. When I was a kid, we went to see the Queen Mary, and we came across this big deep pool where one of the propellers was turning S L O W L Y in a blue-lit glow. Seeing something that big, unexpectedly, when all the propellers I’d ever seen before were on the back of Evinrudes just gave me the willies and I’ve never gotten over that.
