Trump did much better in this debate than he did in the last two. IT’s not over yet, but he held his own. I know, the things he says make no sense. But he appealed, successfully, to EMOTION, and emotion is what counts. Facts aren’t very important. When he says insane things like “I’m going to grow the economy by five or six percent” people believe that. They like the feeling. They don’t care to look up the facts. He didn’t do enough to win the election, but it was his best performance. ---
