I love the sly amused smile on the guard’s face when she sees what is going on below. Very evil. Is there a missing story? How did Mistress show up with the Felicia potion? That came out of left field. I’m not sure why Ivan suddenly shook off the potion and took off running. I guess maybe the author felt it was time to get him back to Mistress’ castle? I was disappointed. I wanted to see the vampires get their butts kicked. I see he’s still got the guilt monster hanging over him and the mark on his shoulder. Hard to imagine how Ivan can get out of this mess. He’s got a lot to explain and I don’t think Mistress will be in the mood to listen. ---
