A thought occurs to me: The Snow Queen is the only female character in this strip who’s actually _nice_. Sure, she’s dangerous and kills, but she doesn’t _mean_ to. The closest other woman I can think of is the vampire chick, who’s starting to become kind of nice, but still, when we first met her, she was entangled in a plot to steal people out of a city to prey upon them, and she’s never really repented of that. ---

What is with this theme lately of the hero or man on a quest ending up taking it up the ass? Has this strip always done that? If so, then all I have to do is go “Oh, another “man on a mission strip”, I know how this ends.” ---
