So… um. Anybody get this one? In fact, it kinda reminds me of Snowbound, which didn’t stand on its own very well–and then Meltwater came around the next week and the setup made sense. ---

I think the joke is that she had the elaborate scheme to snare the young lad, and in the end all she had to do was offer what he wanted. ---

Anywho, I think the deal is just that nice (?) cougar lady is trying to trick sword-brandishing young stud into satisfying her by leading him on with stories of her (possibly imaginary) voluptuous young daughter. Sword-brandishing young stud is (understandably) suspicious of the labial door, but still grudgingly willing to put out when he realizes how he’s been tricked. ---

Still one of Oglaf’s lamer efforts. Which is a shame, because last week’s was hilarious (I loved the look on the dying Minotaur’s face when the hero showed him the ball of yarn.) ---

Weird strip. Odd things I noticed: - The lady gives a little moan when sword-guy touches the labial door. So she gets pleasure if he “enters” the door? - He asks for another entrance, and in the final panel he’s giving it to her in the ass or “back door”, an alternate entrance. Nah, didn’t think it was funny. ---

Yeah, that’s the point. Can’t figure out if he actually attempted to physically go through a back door in the tower and suddenly found himself cornholing the witch, or if she just dropped her pretenses along with her garments at that point and said “Look, let’s leave the tower and my alleged daughter out of it, this is what I’m talking about.” ---

Same here – almost like something got left out. (Although how you’d make that kind of mistake with a comic strip is beyond me.) I kind of imagined an alternate scenario, where she tricks him into charging inside to rescue her daughter. And she’s left outside to writhe and swoon on the ground for a couple frames. Then he comes back outside – wet, disheveled, with a dubious look on his face – and says, “Hey, there isn’t anyone in there.” Then she screams, “I WAS ALMOST THERE … I mean, you almost found her!” Or something like that.🙂 ---
