That escalated quickly. From Wikipedia: Vacuum is space devoid of matter. The word stems from the Latin adjective vacuus for “vacant” or “void”. How can a space devoid of matter have anything inside of it? _quod erat demonstrandum_ Unless you’re talking about a Dyson or something like that, but I’m betting a Dyson wouldn’t even work in a vacuum, so you’d be wasting your time. ---
