I turn 60 today. How can I be this old? I could swear I was 17 just yesterday! I’m going to try to look at it this way: I’m either a quarter of the way done with a long life, or half way done with a short one. I do intend on living forever. So far my plan is working. ---

Happy birthday! Look at it this way - now you get several “easy” birthdays coming up: there really isn’t much difference between 60, 61, 62, or 63. Maybe around 64 or 65 you can start to feel a little older, but hey - that’s YEARS from now. ~ CairoCarol, just turned 62 ---

I’ll be 60 in about 2 1/2 months. I don’t know why, but for some reason I feel proud to have lasted this long. (Like I really had any thing to do with it. 😉 ) ---

A little _more_ recently, I turned 35. _More_ recently that that… ah, the chronological number just keeps getting bigger! _But the physical age of your body_ **is different** _from your chronological age._ Exercise and cut back on the things you know are not making you healthier. ---

I had my 29th birthday last year. I have had more 29th birthdays than all of the other ones put together. In a couple months, I will have my 29th birthday. And yet, before my last birthday, dirt was older’n me. ---

Agree, I’m 69 and walk 3 miles a day, 3 mph. Which is good for 5’2" uphill. It made a big change in my life. I’d recommend it to anyone. I’m trying to make it to 4 or 5 miles a couple of days a week by Dec: but \>3mph ain’t gonna happen. ---
