P value of .915 is nowhere near significant. If we all understand your data correctly (just what are you measuring!?) then a 2-way would be better because it gives useful information, tells you about interactions, and is just generally the right thing to do. So, if you have two variables, what are they?

Because it looks to us, from the way the 8 groups are designated, that they really should be separated into two different factors, like the example cjepson describes. What are the 8 groups? How are they different from each other?
