I’m middle-aged (coming up on 43) and will confess to a certain amount of baby talk to babies/small children or pets, but not to other adults. I’ve noticed cats do tend to do the feline version of an eye-roll when baby-talked. 🙂 ---

We have an princess in another department who occasionally calls me. Honestly, she talks like she has a mouth full of spittle. When she calls, I can honestly not understand a word she’s saying, and god help me if she leaves a message that includes a phone #. ---

That’s a real bummer. Eve is a classic member who is widely loved. It is sad to see her go over something so trivial. She will be welcome backed heartily when next she decides to return and waste time here. If I had anything negative to say at all, I would say I take slight umbrage at her use of the term, ‘places like this.’ This place is one of the good-uns, afaiac. In any case, I predict she’ll be back within two years. ---

I should also point out that I’m just getting this from her posts. I’m not putting myself forward as her representative. ---

But you also see plenty of guys leaving the hotness after awhile basically because of some variation of “I can’t take that crazy bitch anymore no matter how hot/good a lay she is”. Hotness will buy you some time but it ain’t a permanent get out of jail card for many guys.
