Domestic argument. She grabbed hold. He pushed her. She did not let go.
I have recently been relieved of a hydrocele (fluid swelling of the scrotum). The medical procedure is more complex than simply cutting a slit in the side – it has to be squeezed out. Fortunately, I was anaesthetized for this performance, but it hurt like hell afterwards.
I can’t imagine getting it, and worse, done while fully conscious.
