I’m surprised they want to do a mamo while you’re lactating. Espeically since breast tissue is natoriously lumpy and weird while lactating (clogged ducts and all that). ---

grrrrrrrr hamsters ate my last post ☹ Sleep is a wonderful thing but I wish it came in chunks longer than 2 hours. Sick days … I don’t get no steeenkin sick days… or vacation time or weekends off! 🙂 I have the handcuffs, **Dave** , what kind would you like? Fuzzy, velcro, I have a few sizes and… um… I’ll stop now 🙂 Parallax is cool with the tattoo idea. He’d have one himself except for the keloid thing that would make his just a patch of scar tissue. Hard drives eh? I got boxes of computer pieces around here… hard drives, miscellaneous other drives, network cards, video cards, a spare monitor or two, power supplies, an entire footlocker filled with _CABLES_! I had to fight to ditch a ton of this stuff before the move and it seems we’re back to where we started. We have conversations like this: What’s that? - A modem. - What speed? - 9600 - So that’s trash? - Um no. - Why not? - someone might need it. - NO ONE NEEDS a 9600 baud paperweight! Of course this is a guy with old processors on his desk as coasters for stuff. Why do I think the people in this thread aren’t going to give me any sympathy? Oh and I’m a sagittarius in case anyone was wondering… not that you guys asked or anything. Oh and **Wyatt** I got permission for nookie but have not yet exercised that option due to technical difficulties… happy? ---

**Simple** I’m not lactating anymore. Doctor’s orders. I was only getting 2 ounces in a 24 hour period because with the preeclampsia and surgery and everything else my body couldn’t heal me and feed another. I’m much better since I stopped but I am disappointed. **Zen** if you’re confused about the monopoly thing… click the www button that accompanies my posts and follow the monopoly tab and understand that’s not the whole collection and I really do need to update! My shining jewel isn’t there: a 5 foot high rich uncle pennybags that hangs on my wall. ---

Shall we try that again (rasinfrackin hamsters)? It’s official. I just received word from my boss’ boss, who is doing a PR tour of all our facilities and is meeting me in Ohio. I leave for Dayton on Sunday, meeting first thing Monday, back in the air Monday afternoon, back home at prolly some gawdawful hour Monday night, back to my slave chain…er…desk…Tuesday. Enough alcohol, and it’ll just be one big blur. Not that he’d approve the alcohol on my expense report, the big cheapskate. I _did_ find out that he’s got a sense of humor, though. You’ve stopped lactating (I’m assuming they gave you the meds to achieve this?), your breasts are probably still swollen (urgh, the pain…), your hormones are still whip-sawing back and forth…WHAT on earth has possessed this doctor, if I may use the term, to order a mammogram at this point? I mean, no, they’re not as horrible as everyone says they are, but that’s under normal circumstances, and you’re relatively young.
