Well darlin’ you know I am always truly original in everything I do!!

But anyway…actually ther are a lot of female fighters now… of course there aren’t proportionally the number that there are males…but, the hot tub I was thinking of when I posted belonged to a female pilot friend of mine…and we had some verrrrry interesting parties in her hot tub. 'nuff said about that.

But you are right. I WAS talking about guy pilots in the other post but I do know this cute little girl pilot that you would drop your jaw over…for real and she is extremely friendly.  
So how’d I get the first morning post?

**Dave** , I think we need to be more forceful about getting the Boston Area Doper Contingent together! It would be fun 🙂 I’ll have to see if I still have the yahoo email address somewhere.

Oh and **Zen** we count too… only backwards from 5 to 1. The number 5 in a stern voice makes her snap to attention 🙂 And I have a really common name and I hear it everywhere… still doesn’t stop me from trying to figure out if they mean me or not. Ugh, the days when I worked at the supermarket and there were 9 of us on the front end day shift!

Common name here too…there were always 4 in every school class which is exactly why I named my kids NOT as common names. Nothing weird like Moon Unit…but not as common as Dave either…

How 'bout this Tanookie. Ever been in a store or somewhere and heard someone else’s kid yell “MOM!” and thought it was yours? Well your older one is a little younger but I have three, all at prime “Mom” yelling age and I can get it just about anywhere…it’s like an instinct whenever I hear it…

I had really ugly dreams last night. My mother had gotten back together with her witch of an ex-girlfriend and we were having vicious fights over the dinner table which was making my mother really upset. I woke up with the total creeps _ugh_. It was most definitely not a nice way to wake up, I would have done better dreaming about organic chemistry.

Just to be clear, no, never proud that I have to rely on Microsoft to save me from my really horrendous spelling mistakes. I am dyslexic (diagnosed at 7 years old) and I hate the fact that I can not spell (and yeah my grammar gets shot to shit to, but I can not blame that on the dyslexia). I have struggled with it my whole life. It is the only place in my life when I can not depend on my brain. It is actually one of the main reason I stayed quite on the boards for so long. I am a little less prickly about it now, but clearly not much _sigh_

And yes, you are an evil bear, you have a little evil-bear-goatee and everything.

Chemistry was hell for me but I enjoyed Physics a lot. I majored in Physics but dropped out due to money and other personal problems. Went back to school years later for English but dropped out due to pregnancy …

I hear ya on the dyslexia thing… I can’t spell to save my life and pretty much never see the typos unless I go letter by letter really really slowly. I had to read the onion joke a half dozen times before I got it. I’m scarily good at boggle though! And Scrabble 😉 I see many possibilities in a single word and with a lot of things I get meaning through context… Dog or God? What’s the rest of the paragraph about? It’s the only way I really know.

They had me in special classes because I spelled funny and wrote my letters backwards too. Typing really helps because there is a lot less chance that I will spell bog as doq or qbo … I pity anyone who had to grade my written work in school. I also write slower than I think so I leave out a lot of the middles of words or sentences.

Unfortunately my brain isn’t as dependable in other areas too… my prickliest problem is no sense of direction. Trying to envision any kind of mental map just results in a blank space in my mind… can’t describe it better than that… it is literally like a nothingness… I can see that somethings missing but that’s the best way to describe it. I don’t know my right from my left either unless I look for the wedding ring. Then it takes me a second to remember that’s the left.

Please use a modicum of restraint with the airhead jokes… I know they are easy but honestly that is the only way I can describe how it looks in my mind. _sigh_

Close - I’m not a fighter pilot…I just play one on TV…but I know a lot of them (“them” being the operative word in the sentance there…)

**Wyatt** good to see you around. I wondered where you ahd been. They all pick on ME when you are gone for hosing up my posting…although I do a pretty good job of it.  
{sigh} all my boy toys are drifting away. I left them simering on the back burner too long. I emailed the biker boy today…he has a girlfriend…I was actually thinking of taking him up on that visit he has been offering me for so long. Snooze you lose I guess.
