Active Isolated Stretching? I did my Pilates this morning. 😃 Oh, does anyone have any ideas on loosening up shoulder muscles? Mine are seriously tight… there’s no give when I massage them. They’ve been this tight for so long it doesn’t hurt anymore… ---

She came over and went to work on it with the A.I.S. work … when she took my shoe off to work on it, I figured I’d be driving home barefoot, since I knew it wasn’t gonna fit back on. … 20 minutes later, my ankle and foot were pretty nearly normal sized, and if I put my full weight on it to walk, it was only ‘tender.’ I think the stuff is awsome and Aaron is amazing. I got to meet him and attend a training workshop with him recently. I’m no practitioner, but the workshop was awsome! I recommend his work to everyone! ---
