Hi all, due to an unfortunate bug with my incredimail program, I lost an entire post here yesterday, and I was almost finished with the darn thing! Sorry for the sudden absence, All. It is my nature to fly solo when the weather changes. BF and I have had a major disagreement that will most likely end in our separation. We are at truce stage now- drifting until the next blow up. The next one will be the last one, at least as far as I am concerned. I have almost no temper at all, but BF has discovered my limit. Went camping solo for the last 24- didn’t bother with a tent. Just loaded the canoe (which didn’t make it off the Jeep, I am laaaaazy) and a cooler. Discoveries: The moon wears a nimbus near dawn. Mosquitoes share information about exactly when that strip of skin that shows above the waistband of my jeans will be revealed (when collecting firewood). My dog snores. There is one birdcall I do not recognize. (I have never heard a bird call I didn’t recognize) I have become aware that it is widely accepted to just give up and walk away in search of the next relationship at the first sign of incompatibility. Evidently I have confused my second relationship with my marriage; and mistakenly assumed that you are supposed to love your mate unconditionally; even without benefit (or curse) of a marriage license. (If someone could release me from this false ideology, I would truly appreciate it) Oh, and the Jeep has metal ribs embedded in the backseat to give it strength. I don’t recommend sleeping on them. Went to a fantastic car show today. The show was held on the grounds of an old country estate that is now city property and rented out for weddings and such. Huge, beautiful 300-year-old white oak trees spread limbs that were very generous with shade. Saw a 1964 Austin Healy with a Corvette Engine. Saw a 1970 silver metal flake Chevelle tubbed for drag racing; nothing special but the dash was a flat piece of brushed aluminum with all gauges and switches neatly embedded. Looked like a cockpit. Slick. A 1965 911 British racing green with tan interior. Owner had the mandatory plaid Kangol hat. A V-rod. Saw 3 Hemis, **if6was9**. E-type Jag. TR6. (really really cute TR6) Rode in a Viper SRT10. Refused to get out when the owner brought me back. Until he asked me on a date. To go squirrel hunting. Anyone heard from **Davebear**? ---

The two best cars I have seen in person… A woman I work with has a 1978, 25th anniversary 'Vette. And somebody who lives a block away from me has a Yenko Nova, about '70, '71 ish. I guess it’s real… ---

Everything will be lovely once they take the baby out and give me my percocets! (As long as I don’t get pneumonia this time!) I’m not worried about breech with the C section. Wednesday we get to see how big he’s grown! We spent the day trying to make sure if we do get a ton of rain that the stuff in the basement is off the floor (since we get lots of water) Oh and how can one see your name if6was9 and not think of the sexual connotation? I spent too long trying to figure out what you were trying to describe… my best guess was spooning. Guess I overthought! 🙂 Dave better have had a great weekend!!! Oh and I don’t know anything at all about cars!
