I’ve never heard an actual, flesh and blood human being use any of those expressions. I remember them solely from old Warner Brothers cartoons… and even there, the phrases were usually uttered by dopey characters who THOUGHT they were smooth ladies men.
Which suggests those phrases were already regarded as laughably outmoded by the Forties.
