Ruhlman and Polcyn could really learn a thing or two from [Mom Wilson’s Sausage](http://www.google.com/search?q=ma+wilson%27s+delaware+ohio&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a)outsde of Columbus. Real Rt. 23 Delaware action. Excellent Ohio Pork that might exceed their efforts… Best smoked pork sausage I have ever had. Really good Crackerloaf.

Sorry, that is right before Delaware, situated in Waldo, OH. It’s a Waldo Store, just before [Delaware State Park](http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/parks/parks/delaware/tabid/729/Default.aspx).

Within the last month, I saw two herds of deer near Delaware just at dusk. The first herd was maybe close to 60 deer grazing. The latest was maybe 12, near the river.
