Could you clarify? If I understand you, you are actually agreeing with me- if a person sticks to porn sites that are based in the US, they will not find bestiality. If they look for porn on sites based in other countries, they may accidentally see it. If they deliberately look for bestiality on sites outside the US it is probable they will find it. ---

Prohibition I feel this is a good analogy. When it was legal to produce and sell alcohol, the government regulated the industry. When it became illegal, there were no governent safeguards. Improperly made booze could cause illness, blindness or death. The difference between porn sites located in the US and bound by US laws, and sites in other countries often bound by now laws at all is pretty much the same. ---

I don’t think I need to. Casinos in the US don’t follow the law because they are morally upright. They follow the law because any violation results in hefty fines or shutdown. The same is true of Pornhub and other sites in the US. The loss of revenue if they were found to have illegal material is just not worth the risk. ---

Wait a minute- You’re saying you found bestiality on Pornhub? Or are you just saying that bestiality can be found on the internet? The first would surprise me since, AFAIK Pornhub is based in the USA and subject to the laws thereof. The second is no surpise. Many countries have different laws or simply do not bother to enforce the laws. ---

Huh. It appears I was mistaken. I had thought bestiality being illegal in most states, images and videos showing it would be illegal as well. It looks like I was wrong. It looks like porn sites in the USA are not flooded with bestiality for some other reason. I am very glad of this. But, I would like to know what that reason is. I will have to ask somebody with better Google skills to look into this. But, we are getting sidetracked. I also mentioned actual rape and material involving minors. Also, whether or not porn found on sites based in the USA is better in some way is slightly beside the point. Porn would remain easy to find online. This would not prevent anybody from seeing it. It would stop Pornhub and other sites from doing business in Ohio. If such a law were enacted nation wide, porn would still be easy to find online. It is easier to use a VPN or go to another site than it is to get a state ID. I have only ever had a non-driver stated ID. I still have to go the DMV, wait in line (it’s a much shorter wait than for a driver’s license) have my picture taken and pay a fee. If it somebody’s first time gettin a non-driver ID they will need to find and bring original documents (not copies) proving their identity) ---
