My old supervisor swears by Pine Sol for getting out those odd grease stains. She gave me some and the other day my husband had that kind of stain on a shirt he likes so I tried it. Just dabbed the Pine Sol straight on the stain with my finger and let it sit for about 15 minutes, then washed the shirt with the rest of the laundry in cold water. It totally worked.
Weird… at my local Wal-Mart, I can get 2-3 kinds of unscented detergent. All’s the one with the most options in terms of size, but Tide makes several unscented ones (HE, regular and cold water) as “Tide Free & Gentle” in white bottles with light blue labeling. Wisk and Purex also have unscented & undyed versions of their detergents as well.
I have a 3 year old and a 4 month old, and my wife’s kind of a PITA about scented stuff, so I’m pretty familiar with unscented detergents! Although, for our money, pretty much any other name brand works better than the All Free & Clear or whatever it’s called, and if that level of performance is adequate, you get away cheaper with the Sam’s Club or Costco house brand unscented detergent. (not entirely sure it’s not re-badged All Free & Clear, myself.)
I just pretend that I don’t watch commercials. Oh wait - I skip them!![]()
Tide unscented! :D:D I don’t like the smellz either.
