I was hoping they would do another Naked Gun movie, with a whole bunch of really tasteless jokes about OJ. Don’t put him in the movie, just mention that he’s investigating the murder of his ex-wife at the golf course or something. Regards, Shodan ---

[/QUOTE] There is apparently a lot of commentary in there (from the Goldmans) that make the book far more interesting than it would have been otherwise. It seems that OJ is not all that great a writer. But I donated the cost to the [Ron Goldman Foundation for Justice](http://www.rongoldmanfoundation.org/) instead. I don’t think I could get through that book without being sick, and OJ is such a narcissist that however many copies are sold, he’ll say, “See, people really DID want to read what I had to say!” What a stupid fool he is. ---

OJ has a hot lead that says the real killer is in San Quentin. One of his ex-con caddies had a small-handed cell mate named Wainwright who kept talking about “wasting some hot blond and her fag friend in the summer of 1994.” Turns out this guy was arrested at the scene by a plain-clothes detective who couldn’t stop uttering racial epithets, even when they didn’t make much sense – he called Wainwright a “nappy headed ho” more than once. Anyway, Wainwright was only convicted of loitering, and of course, possession of cocaine with an intent to distribute in a school zone (a standard charge). In fact, he was never a suspect in the double homicide at all. The arresting officer just kept mumbling about white people pay a lot of money for their homes here just to keep the black people out, and that they don’t seem to ever learn. The detective had a patrolman to haul Wainwright off to jail, and because of his two prior convictions, he was sentenced to life without parole. That damn three strikes rule. After seeing OJ on television vowing to catch the real killer, an overwhelming sense of relief came over Wainwright, according to the caddy. He’s safe. He’ll never get me. Hell, I don’t even play golf. OJ’s out there and he’s inside. But not so fast Wainwright… After an exhausting day of following clues and riding in golf carts, OJ gets the scoop. Naturally the first person he calls is his new publicist. She calls the police. They laugh. She calls her media friends: “Girl, OJ? You serious? Unless he’s doing something stupid, we ain’t covering it.” Alas, neither the authorities nor the media will listen to him. Now he’s taking the matter into his own hands. He had to develop a plan that would get him sent to San Quentin to get Wainwright. His plan is to not go into prison as a convict, but has an infiltrator, maybe even a vigilante. It’s OJ’s journey. I guess his only problem now is that San Quentin’s in California and he’ll be Nevada. What’s Kato up to? ---

O.J. going to jail for a robbery sounds about right to me. It’s a bit like Al Capone going to jail for tax evasion. We all know he did much worse, but since he’s apparently unable to avoid crime, let’s nail him to the wall for whatever we can. O.J. needs to be in jail and hopefully they’ll get a conviction this time. Let’s just cross our fingers that no-one will ask him to try on any gloves. ---

I have to say, I feel OJ is being discriminated against in this case. According to [this story](http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070917/ap_on_re_us/simpson_questioned_156;_ylt=AiEyi17Kq4TTnUKEduB8QisE1vAI), he’s being held without bail, and the guy who brought the gun was released without any bail being set. OTOH, I completely don’t understand OJs dissatisfaction with the cops. He says the police have not worked out for him. To the contrary, the police seem to have worked out for him very well during his last trial. ---
