I’m staying Schwabia right now. The first night here, at the nice restaurant in our hotel, we went down for dinner. They served bread with a little ball of cold, solidified bacon fat with small flecks of bacon thoughout. When you spread it on the bread it melted. Good times. ---

OK, I’m posting again so close to my last post because this cracked me up: I sent a link to my hubby. He and I are both fans of high-fat, high-protein foods. Three to five minutes after I sent the link, he called me from work. He said: “I got the link you sent me. Didn’t you get my email?” “No. What?” He had sent me the _exact same link_! I’ve seen a lot of these bacon type memes around online and figure they have to be pretty much a joke. I mean, seriously guys, would you really want to eat that? Might as well just fry some bacon and drink the bacon grease. It honestly makes my stomach roll. ---

The recipes I’ve seen seem like someone is making a joke of how they can find a recipe to include the most ingredients to give you a heart attack the fastest. I just never know if the people who are saying they are going to try these are joking or serious. ---

Where’d you get the bacon?” I asked excitedly. He replied “Oh I found it.” Found bacon? As big of a fan of bacon as I am, I’m not so hot on the idea of found bacon. It could have been sitting in a street somewhere for all I know. I’m also a little jealous that he found it first. ---

Rally’s recently had a wonderful sammich - the Bacon Philly Cheeseburger. It had a burger, philly style meat piled high, cheese and topped off w/bacon. Heart attack just ordering it. But they don’t have it anymore. ☹ Just today, I called a place asking what soups they had that day, got the traditional list (clam chowder, broccoli w/cheese, chicken noodle) then he said “bacon”… wait - you have **bacon soup?!?!** , but sad to say, no, he read it wrong, it was potato w/bacon. Probly pretty ok, but still ---

Then you’re looking at the wrong pictures. The Bacon Explosion in the OP does not contain cheese, and I don’t notice any sort of “oozing”. Maybe you clicked on Intergalactic Gladiator’s links, which is something else entirely. ---
