Wow, that lion had the jabs scoring. He won that round on the basis of punches landed. Well, and the fact that the tiger rolled over on his back to fight the last minute of the round. Pretty sure that should have been a 10-count. I will also use My Lord’s incredible list of cites as “find the real cite” camouflage for some future thread. ---

I too find his single minded devotion to the topic quite entertaining. It’s particularly hilarious how he somehow feels that with a newer PC he could somehow triple his citations. It was called [_Animal Face Off_](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animal_Face-Off). The Asiatic Lion did beat the Bengal Tiger. However, an African lion lost to a Nile crocodile in another episode, so lions may not be all that. They also did Hippopotamous vs. Bull Shark (Go, Hippo!), among others. Sadly, no episode featured “Batman vs..” ---

Definitely a case of if you are not interested in the thread then choose another one. I think you guys are misunderstanding this thread. It’s not really a pitting. No one’s mad at My Lord, and no one really is attacking him, although the freedom of the Pit is allowing them to do some harmless name calling. The Pit is the only place we can say anything negative about other posters (save maybe ATMB), even if the gripe is rather small. The fact that people are not really insulting him is a pretty good indication that no one really thinks that badly of him. This, by the way, is what I consider snark. And it’s much tamer than what passes for snark on some other boards. I don’t think I’d mind people saying this stuff about me. (Unless I was in a really, really foul mood) ---
