Well to add to that, the only site I frequent that is _intolerable_ is this one. This includes some sites run by individuals and on shoe string budgets. I worked with a very successful guy (a Forbes 400 member) who said that yelling/screaming should not be a standard way to motivate the troops. However, there were times that losing your cool, in a planned way, was sometimes appropriate necessary, _and effective._ I don’t know if it’s a hardware or software issue, but maybe it’s time to get them in a room and do a little table pounding. ---
