I kinda noticed that Guin seemed to inspire testiness in some people but not all-out hate. I never have had any problems with her. Of course, now this thread is off of hatin’ on Guin & onto lustin’ on her! Rowwwwr! ---

Since everyone keeps bringing her up, I’m surprised no one’s noticed that like Guin, **lindsaybluth** lives here in Pittsburgh too. I have also noticed that some people do treat Guin like the Meg Griffin, and I don’t get it. She’s not obnoxious and she’s not a bigot and she’s not an agenda flogger. So she’s not constantly posting deep, thoughtful, meaningful stuff. What a crime.:rolleyes: ---

So a pitting of Guin turned into a pitting - sort of - of Lindsay Bluth? Anyway, like others have said, once you get a reputation around here it’s a bit hard to shake off. I should know. I had a deserved reputation around here for flirting, which I never thought to be a problem, but now I think I have finally shaken the reputation, long after I cut flirting waaaaaaaay down. (Now I only do it if someone else does it first.) Plus it helps that I don’t care anymore if someone does say it to me - same with Guin, I think. She’s learned to be like a penguin and let it roll off her back. Or some such appropriate metaphor. And it really pisses me off that I cannot write four paragraphs without my computer freezing up for 2-10 seconds, like it does every five minutes or so. ---
