I grilled baby back pork ribs for dinner. G-d, they were good. Mrs. Plant v.3.0, who hates beef ribs, loved them, even the ones with North Carolina mustard barbecue sauce. Yum. ---

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. _YAWN_ Also I have yet to be obliterated. 😃 ‘Tis a chilly 41 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 54 for the day. Plus we have a _freeze warning_ in effect for tomorrow mornin’ and Sunday mornin’. That is if we’re all still here. **gigity** I didn’t see anything in the news so I guess no major carnage or mayhem occured because of the blackout. Bummer. Now I need more caffiene and rumbly tummy wants to be fed. Then, alas irk purtification must commence. At least it’s jeans day. Happy Firday Y’all! ---

Here the apocalypse doesn’t necessarily have to signal the end of the world, just that every in-law I have will arrive this afternoon and stay for a week and a half. This includes a boisterous, undisciplined 5 year old. I’ll be in my bunker.
