Or, they figured “one of those heathen boys I raised is probably goin’ there anyways so I’ll save myself the trip.” 😃 ---

Did I mention that I was heavily pregnant? I felt the need to mention that I was _baking_, yes, lots of _ **baking** _, so no one should assume that I was going to go consume any of these bottles, still wrapped in the paper bag or anything. By the way, I felt it my duty to test one of today’s fruitcakes to make sure they’re OK. So I had fruitcake and tea for dinner. (They’re more than OK.) ---

I just went to Subway (alone) to get something for my grandparents to have for NOL tomorrow. I ordered one foot long chicken, bacon, ranch and one foot long Subway melt (ham, turkey, bacon). The woman asked me if it was for there or to go. :dubious: **Swampy** , I’d mail you some cookies but I don’t think you’d like the results once they got there. 😃 ---

My DH favors hot&sour soup for sinus, sore throat, and general vile plagues. 🙂 Deheathenizing was quite enjoyable today, including a nice song by the congregation kids (ages 3-11). Still unreasonably tired a lot lately. Kitchen sink is now working. DH and I solved it with a rush run to Home Despot (as we call it) for a plumbing snake and a side dash to Big Lots for more drain-opener goo. I’ve run the dishwasher twice now with no sink backup. Under-sink clutter is now put away again and a bit better organized. Pretty much in vegetate mode right now.
