Ive been aware for a while that pressing the backslash key in Firefox pops up a Quick Search feature, much like in a vi editor–as long as youre not in a text box. But all of a sudden, in the last 15 minutes or so, I cant use either the apostrophe key or the backslash key _anywhere_ without popping up a Quick Search box–which means I cant use either in a text box. This REALLY fucks with me, because Im anal-retentive about correct apostrophe use, and I like to do my MB coding by hand too. Please help! ---

Oh, I’ve often had that problem. I thought it was just me… Would love to know the answer…it turns off eventually but I don’t know what i do to turn it off. ---

I’ve had that problem. It went away when I upgraded from 1.5 to 2.0, but I think it’s still there for some people in the current version.
