# OK you spice hounds....

In the past, I’ve bought vitamins from Swanson. They usually have pretty good prices and reasonable shipping and handling.

Then, they send you a zillion emails of advertising and most of them you ignore. But one caught my eye. It turns out they’re starting to sell some organic spices.

I don’t know if organic is superior or if these or good prices, etc., but I thought some might like to have a gander. Mail order spices? Cool!

But not really a new thing. [Penzey’s Spices](http://www.penzeys.com/) has been doing it for years.
