# okay, what happened to my post?

Now I have had the occasional disappearing post, not to mention whole disappearing threads. And normally I don’t whine about them.

But, dang. I was trying to look up my contribution to the Celebrity Death Pool 2005 to see if I’d hit on anybody except the pope, and it’s not there! It is just not there.

This means that I will not be collecting the grand prize at the end of the year, even if the youngest person on my Celebrity Death Pool list croaks. (I believe that would be Lara Flynn Boyle, since I resisted listing Apple Martin, just FWIW.)

And now I feel all morbid and mean for even bringing this up. But . . . where did it go?

There was a thread a day or two ago discussing AI that just went _poof_. I thought it was really interesting, so hamsters, please, give it back if you havn’t already consumed it.

Once in awhile, late at night, we run out of hamster chow. And the overnight guy is deathly afraid of them when they start to bare their teeth. He has been known to press the panic button and erase threads, rather than move them to a secure location, where they can sometimes be resucitated.

He is currently being flogged.

Start a new thread if you wish.

(By the way, I had THE POPE in that one. Pity me.)

Why not feed them diced troll when you run out of chow? Heaven knows there’s usually a good supply.
