I’m sorry. Missing them is so hard. You did the most loving thing for him even though it was very painful for you.

I’m sorry. I’m sure that you did everything possible that you could, and Gumba Biddle had the best life you could give.

There isn’t much that makes these times feel any better, and every good pet owner goes through it. I’m sorry it’s happening now to you.

Oh dear, you have my very sincere condolences–it never gets any easier. The year I lost Stiggs at age 16 I also lost my big orange bastard Pratchett a few months earlier and he was only six. That was an incredibly hard six months and I found it difficult to sleep properly because both of those big boys had their specific spots on the bed and nothing felt right for a really long time. Sigh. Peace to you until you meet up with your big orange dope again.
