Friday I went to Port Townsend, which is one of the quintessential day trips around here. Today we’re doing another one - Whidbey Island - but we’re staying overnight.

Today’s a bit of fun for dinner. We want to go out with friends, but many of the pub-like places will be showing the All-Star game, which starts at 5:00. Bah humbug.

Yay for knee replacement surgery - my mom moves so much better after hers.
