I hope Ollie recovers well. Our cat Z would dig up and eat ground bees. He seemed to enjoy it.

I’m now almost 9 weeks into dental aligners and can see that some of my teeth are straighter. Some are less straight. I metaphorically grit my teeth and remind myself to trust the process.
