She had issues with something listed in my location in the box she was carrying. It took me three times to explain product movement to her for a department that she worked in for 20 years, 3 as an operator, 7 as a lead and 10 as a supervisor. She couldn’t understand why that item shouldn’t be there, so I also had to show her the SKU legend that showed that it was a different market phone. Sheesh!
