I am deeply suspicious of this thing myself. Aside from my hatred for bell peppers, it just seems wrong. I do think American cheese does have some valid uses (I do like the stuff for grilled cheese sandwiches if I don’t have mozzarella on hand), but this isn’t one of them.

My challenge is to find the smallest spiral-cut ham I can, that is on the bone.

It looks like something you might throw together in a pinch. I mean who _hasn’t_ made a ‘pizza’ out of toast, catsup, pepperoni slices, and (even) American cheese? But it’s not something to be proud of, much less sell. I’ll put Altoona-style ‘pizza’ in that category. (I’d expect them to put tuna on their pizzas.)
