I’m always fascinated when someone resurrects or links to an old thread. Like the threads on and after 9-11. I’m wondering what are your favorite discussions both on this board and on others. Which ones are most interesting in today’s light?

Some I remember from the internet days of yore:

1. Do Balrogs have wings?

2. Did Brawn die in Transformers the Movie?

3. Who would win: Enterprise or Star Destroyer. This one got so out of hand that an official Star Wars cross-section book ridiculously powered-up the Star Destroyer. Trekkies accused the publisher of using people in the debate as sources.

From elsewhere - [the Picolax thread.](http://singletrackworld.com/2009/02/the-picolax-thread-returns/) Interesting in today’s light, worrying by the bathroom light 😉

[The Sarah Saga/Final Fantasy](http://www.demon-sushi.com/warning/index2.html) house - a disturbing insight into fandom! Not technically a thread, but I think it was one originally (this is the archived version).
