# (Old) Make Me Proud! In the MMP

I cleaned. I napped. I laundered. A couple of weeks ago, someone moved out and left a pair of underbed sliding drawers that I grabbed. But my bed was too short for them. So I bought some wood stacking furniture blacks from Da Jungle. which were nice, but a combination of carpet and wheels on the bed legs mean that they tipped over. So a metric buttload of wood glue, a trip to the Freecycle zone to get a couple of 2x4 pieces that were discarded when the complex tore down the _new_ fence to put up a new maintenance shed, and some sawing and now it works. but I have to undo it next weekend to raise my 6’x4’ Yuengling bar mirror up 4 inches, and move the bed back 2 inches. I’m having a Wisconsin Old Fashioned to deal with it.
