Cookies are cooling. One batch of chocolate chips with walnuts and one without. Sugar cookies, ginger snaps and chocolate crinkle cookies. Its hard to keep a rage going when I’m balancing all that in a small kitchen. We have good Asian and Indian food here, but what passes for Mexican in most places is pretty shocking. The pizza isn’t great either which is surprising considering the state food is the Pepperoni Roll. But now that Hubs diet has become so limited - and he says he is feeling spots on his foot with the gout again - all I’m doing is baking chicken and cutting up veggies. Sigh. I think I’ll take James with me when I go on my next weed run, that’s where my favorite Mexican place is and the lunch menu is very reasonable. ---

Evening all. Back from the eating (besides from the meatloaf dinner at Metro Diner, I had four large cookies from Cookie Fix and way too many snack foods than were good for me, but Sunday’s my ‘I don’t give a darn about calories, so I’ll eat my fill’, which usually is a good guilt trip to get me to the gym for the following week. Coached one game and refereed four, then helped disassemble the goals and put the stuff away for next week, so pretty much out of the house from 11am to 7:30pm. Should sleep pretty well again tonight, I think.
