# Old records (exceptionally pointless)

Today, I bought a record with Pachelbel and Fasch recorded on it. At 25 years old, it’s 40% older than me! It’s in suprisingly good condition, too. A question, though: what’s the best way to clean it? Should I wipe it in a circular or radial motion? Also, I found an old can of spray anti-static record cleaner, is it still safe to use?

Buy a new cleaning kit, and follow the instructions. Circular motion only.

I’m not surprised it’s in good condition. I have records much older than this.

Circular motion only. And use a static free cloth.
