# (Old) Stone Cold Vacation A 4/20 MMP

Good morning everyone. The Trio walked this cool morning. The weather app said 44º, so I had to dig my warmer coat out of the closet. Unfortunately, I had already cleared out the pockets, but **Mrs Magill** had me covered when my nose got runny. It’s cool down in my office, so I get to wear my Not Leaving the House pants. **Mrs Magill** joked last week that I rock the late nineties leggings and long t-shirt look.

Bless her - she really is a trooper with all this. I’d say I don’t know where I’d be without her, but I have a pretty good idea.

Anyhow, while **Doggio** and **Lily** are enjoying 4/20, I’ll be over here on the couch, eating a pound of cheese and peanut butter… Why is everyone staring at me?\[1\]

**Squeaky** is seventeen next month. He’s smart, so he may know, but he is also _very_ unobservant, which is a common trait among the males in this family.

When my mother began to get really ill, she had to spend about two months in a care facility. She hated it nearly as much as she hated UNC. Once she was moving on her own again, my father moved their bedroom to the living room\[2\] so she wouldn’t have to navigate the stairs. My father had gotten her a stair lift, but there was no way in hell the she was going to let that mar her beautiful staircase.
