Our first place was a 1970’s trailer and came complete with avocado appliances and carpet. MIL’s place had a pink and blue tiled bathroom. It was very cute and I’m really glad it wasn’t mine. I really liked our tiled kitchen…until the first time I dropped a heavy pot and cracked a tile. I hated it from then on. Yesterday I woke up feeling super crabby, so I stayed in bed with the door closed all day. When I was making my coffee I warned hubs that I hated everything so he left me alone to sulk. At one point VBC wanted in, but then GG had to come in and he wanted to play and pounce so they got kicked out as well. I went to sleep around 8 and slept until after 11 today. I’m no longer crabby, but I’m still tired and have no energy, so I’m guessing I caught some sort of bug. I’ve been kissing up to VBC so hopefully she will bring me a sock monkey tonight. She used to bring me a large sock monkey and a knit javelina every day. Now that she can come into our bedroom, she brings them to me at night and then again during the day while I’m in the back room.
