# (Old) Wassup, doc, in the MMP?

How is it Monday again? The weekend went by too fast (it always does though). Work had a celebration/team-building activity this afternoon at Top Golf. It feels like _105 F_ (41C) outside - no way in hell was I joining in on that. So I stayed at work and came home a bit ago.

100% agree - I posted about it in last week’s MMP, it’s the only thing that finally got my asthma under control after the worst flare-up I’ve ever had in my life.

**FCM** I’m not sure you accurately described all of the gardening and housework you do if the doctor thinks you need still more exercise! You are always on the go. Also, I hope he gets answers from the MRI.
