# (Old) Who, me? Morning all. A pretty looking day, 49F heading to near 70F later, so not bad or early Spring. I start my “personal training” at the gym today, it was due to start 6-7 weeks ago but got derailed by my hernia surgery. I’ve lost the weight I wanted to, now I want to get into an exercise routine to ‘tone up’ the various body parts that I have reduced and I know nearly nothing about weight training, so several months of this should help. Start at 3pm (the joys of retirement) and go from there. Will do my shopping and sammich run in about an hour, have a Jersey Mike’s coupon for ‘buy one, get one free’ so might use that and let them feed me for the day. **BooFae** , I was up about 3:30am to perform bladder relief and thought about starting the MMP, but I was standing right next to my bed when I thought about it, and the gravitational pull from the mattress was too strong to resist… **Knots** , a most happy and joyous anniversary! > [@Mad March Hares in the MMP](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/mad-march-hares-in-the-mmp/1015068/317): > > Now that I know how it works, I spent much time aiming her at the birds.
