The real tragedy of **Omg a Black Conservative** isn’t his bone-headed extremist political views, it is that he manages to make his far-right wing views positively BORING. **Clothahump** is a cartoon of a knuckle-dragging conservative. **Carol Stream** made Fox News look like the New Yorker. **susanann** is simply divorced from this plane of existence. But **Omg a Black Conservative**? Yawn. Reading his posts is like watching a tired insult comedian play an off-Strip Vegas casino for his 34th consecutive year: he’s just phoning it in. We’re all expecting more from you, **Omg** , so try to amp up the crazy a little bit. ---

John Mace is right. To say I disagree with **OMBaBC** about the EPA is an understatement, but the thread title and OP is horribly misleading. I read the thread title and prepared to rattle off examples of how local agencies are free to impose stricter rules than the EPA. Thinking it was new material from my latest read of the EPA thread, I looked at the comment cited by the OP, and it doesn’t say anything about municipalities regulating any better or worse. Weak pitting. ---
