Was this actually aired anywhere on television? Or is it a “Tossed to the online community to cause at least _some_ talk about the zune?” I’m just shocked that the commercial has nothing whatsoever to do with the product. I mean, at least the Geiko gecko mentions car insurance… ---

Gosh you guys, I don’t know why you’re so confused. Obviously, the blind penis monster represents us, the consumer – lost in a monotone planescape that is the current music industry without the Zune. I just _now_ figured out why it’s supposed to make people want to buy a Zune. The Zune is designed to allow you to “share” (if you can call having a DRM slapped on all your files no matter if they’re public domain or not) files wirelessly. The eyeball transfer is meant to suggest this. I think I only need to mention that M$ refers to the transfering as “squirting” for an explaination as to why they chose the particular imagery for the ad. ---
