Dammit! I always found **Dropzone** to be either deliberately or by nature to fill the role of grouchy but smart and charismatic grandfather that TV/Movies love to make common but are far to fun and rare in reality. He will be greatly missed. ---

He was a curmudgeon. He loved loved loved chewing me out in a pleasant but stern way. I’d grin in silence and let him get it all out. I felt cared for and watched out for. There’s a real hole in my heart that flew to heaven with him. I’m sure he bossing the Angels around, right now. ---

Of the most horrible kind. They took all his assets. Doctors changed nearly daily. The rehab place was some better. Nothing like my experience in a rehab. I felt so bad for his situation. I sent him little treats all the time. It really was just a drop in the bucket of what he needed.
